Project
management is as important to the success of
the sign program as the fabrication of the
sign itself. Sign programs with
multiple locations and critical deadlines
will fail unless they are managed
efficiently.
American Signcrafters has completed numerous
large scale projects such as North Fork Bank
northeast conversion to Capital One. Over
400 locations requiring code research,
landlord approval, permitting, fabrication,
installation, and simultaneous unveiling of
all 400+ locations over a designated
weekend. Total project time allowed 8
months. Every proposed sign was
completed.
Some other major conversions that we
completed include: Commerce Bank to T.D.
Bank, Burdines to Macy's, T.D. North to T.D.
Bank. All were completed on time and to
customer satisfaction.
